Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) & Hypnotherapy Disclaimer
By choosing to engage in RTT and hypnotherapy sessions, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Not a Medical or Psychological Substitute: RTT and hypnotherapy are therapeutic modalities that can support well-being but are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment. If you have a medical or mental health condition, you should consult with a licensed healthcare provider before proceeding with sessions.
No Guarantees: While RTT and hypnotherapy have been effective for many individuals, results may vary. Success depends on various factors, including your willingness to engage in the process and follow recommended actions.
Personal Responsibility: You accept full responsibility for your mental, emotional, and physical well-being during and after the sessions. Any decisions or actions you take following the sessions are your responsibility.
Confidentiality: Your privacy is important, and all sessions will be conducted in strict confidentiality, except where disclosure is required by law (e.g., risk of harm to yourself or others).
Medical Concerns: If you are under medical or psychiatric supervision, you must inform your healthcare provider about your intention to engage in RTT or hypnotherapy.
Consent to Hypnosis: You understand that hypnosis involves relaxation techniques and guided suggestions. You acknowledge that you are voluntarily participating and can choose to end the session at any time.
Audio Recordings & Session Notes: Your sessions may be recorded for your personal use to reinforce your therapy. These recordings are confidential and should not be shared or distributed.
Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, you agree to provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
No Liability: The therapist is not liable for any direct or indirect outcomes resulting from your participation in RTT or hypnotherapy sessions.
Acknowledgment: By signing this disclaimer, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions before proceeding with any sessions.
Terms & Conditions
Services Provided: RTT and hypnotherapy sessions are offered to support clients in overcoming emotional and psychological challenges. The therapist provides a safe and professional environment for these sessions.
Fees & Payments: Payment for sessions must be made in advance or on the day of the session. Packages or multi-session programs must be paid in full before commencing.
Session Duration: Each session typically lasts between 60-120 minutes. The length of therapy will depend on individual needs and goals.
Client Conduct: Clients are expected to arrive on time and in a fit state to engage in therapy. Any inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate termination of the session, with no refund issued.
Rescheduling & Cancellations: Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice for rescheduling or cancellations. Failure to do so may result in forfeiting the session fee.
Refund Policy: No refunds will be given once a session has been conducted. For prepaid packages, refunds may be issued only for unused sessions if cancellation is made at least 48 hours in advance.
Confidentiality & Data Protection: Client information will be kept strictly confidential, in accordance with GDPR (if applicable). No personal data will be shared without explicit consent, except where legally required.
Health & Safety: Clients must disclose any medical or mental health conditions that may affect their participation in therapy. The therapist reserves the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed inappropriate.
Legal Disclaimer: The therapist is not a medical professional and does not diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions. The client understands that therapy is a complementary approach to well-being.
Audio Recording: A personalized hypnosis recording will be sent to you after your session, you will receive this by the end of the day that your session took place. It is then your responsibility to listen to this recording at least once a day for 30 days from your session. The Audio Recording is what helps lock in the results / Progress that you made in the session.
Agreement: By engaging in RTT and hypnotherapy services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
